Provider credentialing

Credentialing is filing and tracking with medical insurance, not a promise that every panel will open. For providers already on the team we assemble CAQH, NPI, license, and malpractice documents, submit enrollment and revalidation, and follow the application until the provider can bill. An expiration that would hold a claim is flagged before it becomes a write-off.

Provider Credentialing

We manage the comprehensive administrative pipeline to ensure your healthcare providers are successfully enrolled in insurance panels and remain in good standing through proactive monitoring.

The work

  • - Assemble CAQH, NPI, license, and certificate-of-insurance documents
    - File enrollment and revalidation with the plans the clinic bills
    - Track application status until the panel is live
    - Flag expirations that would put claims on hold

What we do

  • - Packet assembly for providers already on the team
    - Submission and follow-up with payers
    - A status log the owner can read without calling the payer from memory

What we do not do

  • - Guaranteeing a payer will accept a provider
    - Negotiating fee schedules
    - Finding or hiring the clinician

Outcomes

  • - Applications are filed instead of sitting in a folder
    - Panel status is known
    - Fewer claims held because a credential lapsed
Done looks like:

A streamlined operational environment where clinicians are properly documented, payer status is transparent, and revenue leakage from expired credentials is eliminated.

Done looks like:

Providers are filed, tracked, and current with the plans the clinic bills.
