Practice management
Practice management is the operating seat most owners are still sitting in after the last patient leaves. We answer and return calls, check eligibility before the visit is locked, collect the card, consent, and photo ID, register the patient in your EMR, and keep the schedule from depending on memory. The chart checklist stays with this seat too: evaluation, daily notes, signed consent, a PCP signature tracked inside 30 days, and a discharge folder that actually closes. Your front desk can stay in the building. We run the work behind it.
Function 01
- Automated intake workflows and precise data entry for clinical compliance and operational continuity.
Core Focus
- Overseeing the full administrative lifecycle from patient onboarding to final record closure with technical precision.
Service Limits
- Clinical decision-making, physical reception duties, legal advice, or the hiring of medical staff and personnel.
Impact
- Streamlined daily operations, error-free patient charts, and a clinic owner who finally leaves the office at a normal hour.
The standard:
Practice owners reclaiming their time while a virtual infrastructure handles every intricate detail of the patient journey and chart maintenance.
The work
- Answer and return patient calls during agreed hours; Check eligibility before the visit is locked; Collect the insurance card, consent, and photo ID; Register the patient and enter the chart in your EMR; Coordinate scheduling with the front desk or the treating clinician; Track eval, daily notes, consent, the 30-day PCP signature, and the discharge folder
What we do
- A named owner for intake and the patient file; Eligibility known before the patient is in the room; Handoff to the person who greets the patient; A close-out list for every discharge
What we do not do
- Writing the clinical note in place of the clinician; Deciding medical necessity or the plan of care; Replacing an in-person greeter when the clinic needs one
Outcomes
- The first visit starts with a complete chart; The front desk is not also the biller, the coordinator, and the file clerk; Open charts and closed charts are distinguishable
