Operon Management exists because a clinic owner should not have to close the treatment room and then become the receptionist, the biller, the care coordinator, and the person checking whether a license expired.

The market for virtual help usually offers one assistant and asks you to manage them. We staff the work by seat: practice management, prior authorization, provider credentialing, billing and RCM, aging reports, and the employee file. Every virtual operations manager is HIPAA certified and trained on patient data security. We sign a BAA before records move.

The practices we know best are physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and dental, from a solo room to a midsize group. The same seats apply to chiropractic, podiatry, orthopedics, and small medical offices. A hospital system with its own operations department is not the fit, and we will say so.
